1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

At checkout — within our apps or on LINE — you must tick a confirmation box acknowledging these policies before your payment is processed.

2. Who we are

Attention AI Company Limited (Thailand) (“Attention AI”) is a small business based in Thailand, with its operating address at 195/69 Chaiyapruk Petchkasem 69, Nong Khaem, Bangkok 10160, Thailand. You can reach us at support@attention-ai.app or +66 93 393 9955.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services and to enter into these Terms.

4. The services

Our apps and bots provide AI-assisted guidance and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions automatically renew for the period you choose until you cancel. The current price is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payments are processed via SlipOK (and Xendit, coming soon) or, for purchases made through an app store, via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store must be cancelled through that store's subscription settings.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in an unauthorized way. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

All content, software, models, and intellectual property associated with the services belong to Attention AI or its licensors.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attention AI is not liable for any decisions you make based on AI output, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
